To keep your clothing looking fresh and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:
Washing: Machine wash cold with like colors to prevent fading and bleeding.
Detergent: Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Drying: Tumble dry on low or air dry to reduce shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.
Ironing: If needed, use a low-heat iron or steam to remove wrinkles. Avoid high heat on delicate fabrics.
Special Fabrics: For wool, silk, or embellished items, hand wash or dry clean as recommended.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knits to prevent stretching; hang woven fabrics to maintain shape.
1. Processing Times
All Tol’thema garments are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch unless otherwise noted.
Standard orders are processed within 7 and 10 working days, and priority orders are processed between 3 to 5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow additional time during high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping can take up 14 to 16 working days in addition to the order processing period.
Please note international orders may be subject customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number
5. Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues. We are not liable for delays once your order has left our warehouse.
Please note: During peak periods, orders may experience delays due to the high volume of orders and our limited production capacity. While our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 days, it may occasionally take longer. We will reach out to communicate if we believe your order will not be delivered within the promised period.
6. Incorrect Addresses/Missing Paxi Codes
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damage Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

At Tol’thema, every piece is crafted with care to ensure you feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable. We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we are happy to assist within fair and reasonable limits that help us maintain the integrity of our garments.
1. Logging a Return
If you would like to return your item, please log your return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You can do this by emailing support@tolthema.com or sending a WhatsApp message to our customer service team.
All returns must be:
* Unworn and unwashed
* In original packaging with all tags intact
* Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear
2. Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose between:
* A refund (excluding delivery fees)
* A store credit for the full item amount
Refunds and credits will only be processed once the item passes our quality inspection.
3. Late Return Requests
Returns logged after 48 hours of receiving your order will no longer qualify for a refund.
However, if 5 calendar days have not passed, they may be considered for an exchange, subject to a R200 restocking and handling fee.
This helps us cover the cost remaking the garment, quality checks, repackaging, and restocking to maintain our high standards.
4. Occasion Wear and Worn Items
Due to the nature of our garments, items that appear to have been worn for an event will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
This includes garments with makeup stains, perfume, stretching, or other signs of wear.
5. Why We Have This Policy
Our short return window is designed to protect the quality and exclusivity of each Tol’thema piece.
We want every customer to receive a dress in its original, untouched condition, just as it was crafted for her.
